Legal
Terms of Use.
Last updated: 24 April 2026
These terms cover how you use this website and what applies when you apply to, or book, the Ascent Sports programme. Detailed commercial terms (pricing, deposits, cancellations, code of conduct) are set out in the brochure we share after a discovery conversation. If you have questions, reach out at rudrakshagrwal@gmail.com.
About us
Ascent Sports is a football development programme based in Valencia, Spain, operated by Rudraksh Agrwal. By using this site you agree to these terms.
What the site is
This site is an informational and application portal. It describes the programme, facilities, and pathway, and lets you submit an application. Nothing on the site, including the application form, is an offer or a contract. A booking only exists once a formal agreement is signed and any required deposit is paid.
Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in a cohort. We review each application individually. If we think it's a fit, we'll set up a discovery call, send a brochure with full commercial terms, and go from there. We reserve the right to decline any application.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is not published on this site. Exact pricing, payment schedule, deposit requirements, and refund policy are set out in the brochure shared after the discovery call and confirmed in the booking agreement. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote.
Fixtures, training, and schedule
The schedules, fixtures, and session types described on this site are sample structures. The actual schedule for any cohort is adjusted around the needs of the players or squad, load management, and the availability of local opponents. We reserve the right to modify session content and fixture timing where needed for player welfare or circumstances outside our control.
Media and footage
We may photograph or film training sessions and fixtures for use on this website, social media, and marketing materials. Specific rights and opt-out details are included in the booking agreement. If you have a preference, let us know before your block starts.
Your conduct
When you're on the programme, you agree to follow reasonable instructions from Ascent Sports staff and partner facility staff, respect other players and staff, and not damage the training facility or residence. Full code of conduct is in the booking agreement.
Liability
Football carries an inherent risk of injury. Participants (and, for under-18s, their legal guardians) are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate health and travel insurance. Ascent Sports is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage beyond what is required by Spanish law, or beyond what is agreed in the signed booking agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (copy, photography, video, design, logo) is owned by Ascent Sports or used with permission. You may not reproduce or repurpose it without written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
Changes
We may update these terms as the programme evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
