Who we are
Ascent Sports is a football development programme based in Valencia, Spain. For privacy questions, the data controller is Rudraksh Agrwal, reachable at rudrakshagrwal@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the application form, we collect:

- Football background: current club, position, date of birth, nationality, a video link if you share one
- For team applications: team name, size, age group, level, location, and the role of the person submitting
- Anything you choose to write in the open-text fields
We also collect basic technical data your browser sends automatically (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) through standard web-server logs. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site at the moment.
Why we collect it
We use your application data to evaluate whether the programme is a fit for you or your squad, to reply to your enquiry, and to stay in touch about next steps. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Application data is stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) under an account owned by Ascent Sports. Google is a GDPR-compliant processor. Nobody outside Ascent Sports has access to your submission.
How long we keep it
We keep your application data for up to 2 years after your last contact with us so we can follow up on future cohorts. You can request deletion at any time and we'll erase everything we hold about you within 30 days.
